Chief Executive Officer
Cheryl has been a member of SPE Group's executive leadership team since 2014, overseeing operations, contract management, compliance, human resources, and business strategy. Her combination of legal expertise and utility industry experience gives SPE's clients contractual, regulatory, and operational insight, helping ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with customer and industry requirements.
Sven Teuber
Chief Operating Officer
Sven is a safety-driven executive with more than 13 years of progressive leadership experience, overseeing end-to-end operations, delivering complex projects, and driving organizational growth. His expertise spans overhead and underground electrical systems, transmission projects up to 230kV, and large-scale contract management, combining technical proficiency with strong leadership, financial discipline, and customer-focused execution.
Andy Carmean
President
Andy joined SPE Group as President in February 2026, bringing more than two decades of leadership experience in the utility and powerline construction industry and a proven commitment to safety-driven performance. He has held executive roles including Vice President of Operations for Intren and President of Miller Construction Company, directing finance, human resources, estimating, equipment procurement, compliance, and safety programs. His leadership centers on operational precision, disciplined growth, and strong utility partnerships.
